"Researching Europe" (Europa recherchieren) launched for school-level studies
Since March 2022, the Administrative Library has served as one of nine European Documentation Centres (EDCs) in Austria. It aims to provide the general public with access to publications and documents from the European Commission and to help them research the terms of EU legislation, as well as specific policy areas and institutions.
In keeping with this aim, we have developed a library advisory service for schools to help pupils find the latest information on European integration. Our workshops for school-level studies cover effective search techniques and guidelines on how to use the European Union's information services as well as an introduction to the range of available databases. The workshops last approximately 90 minutes each.
