Restricted-access databases
The following databases can be accessed within the Federal Chancellery's IP range by all members of staff:
The RDB legal database includes relevant specialist legal journals and collected rulings from Manz and other renowned publishers. Four modules are searchable online. To use the database, you need to register via the main portal. The first time you log in to the RdbDirect registration service, you will be asked for your name and your email address.

Lexis 360 offers access to many relevant sources from RIS and OGH to specialist journals and commentaries in the areas of tax law, business law and labor law.
Lexis 360 is only accessible to employees of the Federal Chancellery after personalized registration.

The Beck-Online legal database offers access to the beck-online PREMIUM and the beck-online GROSSKOMMENTAR on civil law. Access is only possible after personalized registration.

The PressReader provides access for employees of the Federal Chancellery to an online newspaper portal with around 7,000 daily newspapers and magazines from over 100 countries in more than 60 languages.
